In this role, you will help senior leaders make better technology decisions, lead change more effectively, and improve transformation execution.

What You’ll Be Trusted To Do

• Advise on technology vision, roadmap development, and strategic priorities
• support digital transformation initiatives involving areas such as AI, cloud, and automation
• provide executive coaching to senior leaders and high-potential talent
• help strengthen leadership capability, organisational agility, and change readiness
• guide and mentor technology teams to support high performance and continuous learning
• work with executive leadership, clients, and partners to align transformation goals
• contribute to technology risk, security, and compliance oversight in line with business needs
• use data-driven insight to support performance optimisation across technology and leadership outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• significant experience in senior technology leadership roles such as CTO, VP Engineering, Head of Technology, or similar
• proven experience in technology strategy and digital transformation
• certification in executive coaching, or substantial equivalent experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or organisational consulting
• ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders and influence across functions
• strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills
• experience supporting change initiatives and managing stakeholder expectations
• understanding of technology risk, governance, security, and compliance considerations

Experience That Would Be Especially Valuable

Relevant backgrounds may include:

• leadership development and organisational consulting

Equivalent experience will also be considered where it demonstrates strong executive-facing technology and coaching capability.
