Why This Role Is Right for You As a Customer Advisor , you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Rzeszów. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Actively acquire new clients and build strong, long-lasting business relationships. Build, expand, and manage your own database of prospective clients. Educate clients on available financing options and tailor solutions to their individual needs. Conduct sales discussions and commercial negotiations while maintaining high standards of customer service. Guide clients through the selection of financial products and support them throughout the entire sales process. Achieve individual and team sales targets in close collaboration with your supervisor. What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales via cold calling or working with an established client base (preferred experience in tele-sales or customer service in the financial products (e.g., loans, credit, credit lines, leasing products, installment plans—including consumer finance) Excellent communication skills (ability to build relationships with clients over the phone) Good knowledge of computer operation and MS Office suite (Word and Excel) Experience with applications supporting customer data management (CRM) is a plus Ease of acquiring new knowledge and skills, as well as sharing them Ambitious mindset with a drive to take on new challenges and achieve goals Commitment and enthusiasm, i ndependence, strong organizational skills, and a target-driven approach.
