One thing is sure: Exciting and interesting tasks await you! Support the planning and execution of daily inbound logistics operations involving both road and container transportation. Monitor and coordinate shipment arrivals, warehouse unloading activities, and inventory receiving processes. Track operational performance indicators and contribute to capacity planning and workload balancing initiatives. Prepare, analyze, and distribute operational reports to support management decision-making. Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, customs, and planning teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics activities. Follow up on customs documentation and operational readiness requirements to prevent delays. Identify operational bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and support resolution activities. Maintain and improve logistics tracking tools, operational dashboards, and reporting systems. Ensure data accuracy across logistics databases and operational monitoring platforms. Participate in process improvement projects focused on efficiency, service quality, and operational excellence. Assist in analyzing warehouse throughput, vehicle turnaround times, and unloading performance. Support communication with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely information flow. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics or related disciplines. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a passion for working with operational data. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic operational environment. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership.
