Customer Care Associate (French Speaker)

About the Role: Office and Home based. 5-day work per week (shift basis, including evening, weekend and/or public holiday). Shift hours (7am-4pm / 10am-7pm / 4pm-1am / 7pm-4am / 10pm-7am). Fresh graduate are also welcome. Responsibilities : Handle international customers' emails and live chat enquiries regarding pre-sales and after sales service enquiries. Liaise with Logistics, After Sales Service and global boutiques on daily basis. Follow up the offline store enquiries and complaints. Other ad-hoc projects assigned by the manager. Minimum 1 year relevant experiences in customer service/ luxury retail field. Proficient with MS Office. French speaker is a must. Fluent in English. fluency in French will be a bonus. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong sales-oriented mindset. Proactive, patient and committed. Great communication and interpersonal skills.
