Girl Guides of Canada is seeking a Customer Care Centre Representatives (Contract until October 31, 2026) *Remote work position. Must reside in Canada (Shifts from 10AM - 6 PM EST and 12-8PM EST, Monday to Friday) About This Opportunity Reporting to the Manager, Service Delivery, the Customer Care Centre Representative will be part of a Canada wide, customer facing team for our organization. If your passion is providing great customer service and you have a knack for navigating people through online registrations and general processes, this could be the job for you! The Customer Care Centre Representative will: Process a high volume of phone calls, chats and emails every day. Become an expert on our programs, resources, processes, and deadlines so that you can provide timely responses to a full range of questions from the public, parents, and members. Create a strong partnership with our Unit Guiders through providing them with timely and accurate administrative support. Apply organizational policies regarding inclusivity to content, member communication and customer service. Desired Qualifications: 1-2 years of customer service experience. Proficient with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly. Friendly and professional demeanor. Excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team. Comfort with ambiguity and working in a fluid, fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and ability to multi-task and stay organized. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively utilize provided resources. Ability to have good judgement in situations requiring escalation. Assets: French language skills/fluency (and any other language spoken in Canada). Experience working with a diverse population of volunteers within the non-profit or charitable sector.
