This is a fully remote, six-month term position open to candidates based in Canada. Overview Anovia is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to join our team supporting Video Security and Access Control customers. In this entry-level, fully remote role, you will handle inbound customer inquiries, process orders, and manage warranty and return authorization (RMA) requests by phone and email. You will document and track every interaction in the customer relations management (CRM) system and coordinate with internal colleagues to resolve order discrepancies and escalate complex issues. The ideal candidate brings experience in customer service, call centre, technical support, or order management and is comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal English communication skills, empathy, and sound problem-solving ability are essential, along with a genuine commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and basic technical or account issues by phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy. Process order entries, changes, status updates, and RMA or warranty requests using a first-in, first-out workflow. Document and update customer cases accurately and consistently within the CRM system. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales teams to resolve order discrepancies and escalate complex issues when needed. Maintain strong performance against response time, quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction targets. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. 1 to 3 years of customer service, call centre, technical support, or order management experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable and productive working in a remote environment. Nice to Have Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be given preference: Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle. Background in the telecommunications or security and access control industry. Experience using ticketing or CRM systems in a high-volume support environment. Prior experience working in a fully remote customer support role. Familiarity with order management or warranty and RMA processes.
