📍 Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid – 3 days/week on-site at the office in the Calea Floreasca area)

⏳ Contract: 12 months contract + possibility to extend

🌍 Scope: Enterprise customers across Europe & META

Are you fluent in French and passionate about enterprise technology? Join our Customer Demand Generation team in Bucharest to drive Lenovo's "One Lenovo" strategy across Devices (IDG), Infrastructure (ISG), and Solutions & Services (SSG)!

What You’ll Do

• Generate Qualified Demand: Identify and engage enterprise prospects via outbound outreach, digital campaigns, and strategic events, focusing on quality over volume.
• Qualify Opportunities: Conduct structured discovery conversations (BANT & solution-fit) to schedule high-quality meetings for local Sales teams.
• Cross-Portfolio Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Technical Specialists, and CDS colleagues across IDG, ISG, and SSG to deliver a unified customer experience.
• Support Marketing & Events: Maximize campaign effectiveness by leading pre-event targeting and rapid post-event lead qualification.
• Data & Process Hygiene: Maintain complete CRM accuracy in Microsoft Dynamics while providing insights to optimize campaign conversion performance.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Languages: Native or C1/C2 Fluent in French + Fluent in English.
• Experience: 3+ years in Business Development, Inside Sales, Demand Generation, or Customer Engagement.
• Skills: Strong outbound prospecting abilities, excellent communication, and CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
• Mindset: Proactive, curious, customer-focused, and genuinely interested in AI and enterprise tech solutions.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in the IT industry, enterprise tech, or managed services.
• Experience in campaign or event lead conversion.
