Our experience, professionalism, and passion for what we do. Ready to join the team? 🚀 What you’ll be doing (and who with) Respond to customer requests via email, chat and video call. Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution. Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction. Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation. Support the team in other markets as needed. Translation of online support for new launches (on demand). Support at customer events in the market. Support in market development and system adaptation. What are we looking for? Proven experience in Customer Experience, or Customer Support roles (ideally within SaaS, or Tech) Native or bilingual in Spanish and English Proactive root-cause analysis skills to resolve escalated customer issues Proficiency with CRM, ticketing, and CX platforms (ideally with hands-on Intercom experience) Proactive and positive attitude, and service oriented You are a technology geek. If you know our products is a plus! Useful: Knowledge of other additional languages: Portuguese, Italian, French... A restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas. You like to work in a team: if anything is characteristic of the Customer Experience team, it is how much they help each other. You are curious and eager to find out what the problem is and look for solutions. You are eager to train in a sector that is constantly growing. What do we offer?
