What you'll do Daily customer support via email, phone, chat and social media Look for creative ways to delight our customers and go beyond industry standards Processing returns and reviews on Trustpilot or other portals Be the voice of the customer by improving the customer experience in close cooperation with a well-coordinated team and provide customer feedback to the company What you'll bring Registered and resident in the Netherlands (this is mandatory) Highly proficient in spoken as well as written German and English (ideally native speaker in German, fluent in English, other languages are a plus) You are available at least 16 hours per week, including at least 8 hours regularly during the weekend.
