About The Opportunity

The Customer Experience (CX) team, based in Melbourne CBD, is actively seeking a night shift Customer Experience Consultant. The first 1-2 months involve day shifts for training purposes. Reporting to the Night Shift Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing client interactions via phone, live chat, and email.
• Establishing new salary packaging accounts.
• Administering ongoing amendments to salary packaging arrangements.
• Participating in quality assurance projects.
  
  

About You

• Key skills, experience, and qualifications:
• Previous experience in the salary packaging industry is highly regarded but not essential.
• Prior contact centre experience is advantageous.
• Demonstrated motivation and passion for delivering customer service excellence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills..
• Effective time management abilities.
• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments is valued.
