Our client, a highly respected independent wealth management firm, is looking for a Client Experience Manager to become the trusted point of contact for affluent clients while supporting a team of Family Wealth Advisors.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Client Experience Manager, you'll serve as the central hub for both client service and office operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the primary contact for clients, providing exceptional service and relationship management
• Coordinating meetings, scheduling, and responding to client inquiries
• Assisting with new account openings, transfers, maintenance, and documentation
• Preparing financial reports, investment proposals, and client materials
• Supporting advisors with research and analysis to help develop customized financial strategies
• Managing client events, charitable initiatives, and promotional activities
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Coordinating administrative processes, CRM updates, and office operations
• Liaising with clients, advisors, custodians, and external partners to ensure a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in professionals who bring:

• Previous experience in wealth management or financial services
• Outstanding client service and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational abilities and exceptional attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and financial or portfolio management software
• The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients is considered a strong asset
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or other financial industry education is an asset but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary of $60,000–$70,000, based on experience
• Bonus opportunity
• Primarily remote with the ability to attend the Peterborough office as required
