To support this mission, Syngenta's Vegetable Seeds Marketing team is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist in Argentina. Accountabilities Drives business performance by supporting the sales team with customer marketing and demand generation activities. Leads execution of customer marketing-related activities in Customer Relationship Management. Implements the annual marketing plan in close connection with the sales team, and within the agreed Marketing budget, including campaign planning, advertising and promotion, execution, marketing communication, product promotion materials, and digital marketing platform management. Designs and delivery campaigns, including NPIs, in close cooperation with the sales teams and Product Specialists through traditional and digital channels. Supports business performance improvement by providing data-driven customer insights and feedback. Works with Territory Product Specialists to communicate customer-facing product communication in-line with Product / Product Line strategy. Required Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Marketing, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in the vegetable seeds segment. Advanced English mandatory. Must be available for field visits. Understanding of farmer/end-customer behavior, preferences, and expectations to create sales-driving campaigns, preferably in the vegetable seeds segment. Experience in creating communication materials that meet corporate standards and managing external agencies. Budget management and tracking. Familiarity with CRM systems ( Salesforce Sales Cloud ) and marketing automation ( Salesforce Marketing Cloud ). Experience in SEO, SEM, and managing social media/messaging platforms. Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with A.I. tools applied to marketing. Strategic vision combined with excellent execution capability. Results-oriented and proactive. Impactful communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams. Adaptability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
