What you´ll do Responsible for tracking request status, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Efficiently transfer data from requests to templates, conduct quality checks, and download reports, showcasing technical proficiency and analytical skills Engage in effective communication and coordination with team members to ensure smooth data transfer processes Gather data to support ongoing improvement initiatives, contribute to idea generation, and display understanding of lean six sigma concepts Participate in desktop procedures and room-type or virtual training sessions to enhance technical proficiency and creative thinking skills What makes you a good fit Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance, or Accountancy related courses Knowledge in MS Office software is required; Skills in SAP and MS Excel Macros and Power BI is highly preferred Proficient in both oral and written English communication skills Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours Some perks of joining Henkel A thriving career with the Top 15 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place to Work and the Top GBS Employer in the Philippines by the Everest Group for 4 consecutive years!
