Our client is looking for a motivated Customer Operations Specialist to support purchasing and supply chain activities. In this role, you will coordinate orders, work closely with suppliers and internal teams, and help ensure smooth day-to-day logistics processes in an international environment.
Managing supply and purchasing data
Processing purchase orders and coordinating deliveries
Communicating with suppliers and internal departments
Monitoring stock levels and delivery schedules
Handling returns and resolving logistics-related issues
Supporting smooth supply chain operations
Identifying potential risks and helping find practical solutions
Completed commercial or logistics-related vocational training, or a comparable qualification
Experience in purchasing, logistics, supply chain, customer service, or order management
Organised and reliable working style
Good communication skills and team spirit
Business fluent German and English
Good MS Office skills
Interest in working in an international environment
