Opportunity Overview

Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency and HubSpot partner, founded in 2004, with an established in-house team and a growing outsourced delivery function. The HubSpot practice is expanding, making this a high-autonomy role with real scope to own onboarding projects end-to-end.

Role Description

As a HubSpot Specialist, you will lead client onboarding engagements from initial scoping through technical build and final training. You will act as the primary point of contact on client-facing calls, running discovery and training sessions independently. Alongside implementation work, you will handle integrations and configuration across the HubSpot suite while managing multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding Delivery - Lead HubSpot onboarding projects from scoping through to build and client training.
• Client Calls - Run discovery and training calls independently as the primary technical point of contact.
• Integrations Work - Handle third-party integrations and technical configuration across CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs.
• Project Management - Manage multiple concurrent onboarding engagements while maintaining timelines and delivery quality.
• Methodology Application - Apply the standard HubSpot onboarding methodology consistently across every client engagement.
• Stakeholder Alignment - Translate technical work into clear guidance small business owners can act on.

Minimum Qualifications

• English Fluency - Fluent, excellent written and spoken English is mandatory for this role.
• HubSpot Experience - Proven implementation experience across HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub.
• Client-Facing Skill - Confidence running discovery and training calls with clients independently.
• Onboarding Knowledge - Strong grasp of the standard HubSpot onboarding methodology and best practices.
• Project Ownership - Track record of owning technical projects end-to-end without daily supervision.
• Communication - Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical business owners.

Bonus Qualifications

• HubSpot Certifications - Active HubSpot certifications across relevant Hubs and implementation tracks.
• Agency Background - Prior experience delivering client work inside a marketing or CRM agency.
• Inbound Knowledge - Broader familiarity with inbound and digital marketing strategy alongside HubSpot.
