Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Target Salary Range: $2,000-$3,000 per month

Location: Remote (South America / Latin America only)

Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Central Time (U.S.)

Purpose of the Role

Our client is seeking an outgoing and organized Customer Relationship Manager to build stronger relationships with existing customers. This is not a cold-calling position; the sales team brings in new business, and your focus will be on retention, relationship management, and uncovering new opportunities within the existing base.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing customers through video calls, phone, and email.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins and account reviews.
• Learn about customer businesses and their current product usage.
• Introduce customers to new product launches and additional Frigid Fluid offerings.
• Identify opportunities and facilitate connections between customers and technical sales experts.
• Handle customer requests, questions, and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate customer contacts, notes, and account data.
• Proactively reconnect with inactive customers.
  
  

Requirements and Competencies

• Exceptional video presence with the ability to quickly build rapport.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Friendly, confident, and professional demeanor.
• Naturally curious, a good listener, and comfortable starting conversations.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and video meeting software.
• Sales or account management experience is beneficial but not required.
• Tools Required: CRM systems, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, Excel, and other standard business software
