IntelliScript is a practice within Milliman that provides health and life insurers with real-time data and underwriting decision support tools via software-as-a-service (SaaS). IntelliScript offers an innovative suite of products which interpret and deliver electronic medical data (such as prescription histories, diagnoses, treatment data, etc.) to help our clients make effective underwriting and pricing decisions. The Operations team sits at the hub of all IntelliScript divisions (IT, Data Analytics, Account Management, Sales, and Product). This team is ready to grow again due to the increasing volume of calls from insurance policy applicants. What you will be doing The key area of responsibility in the role of Customer Service Administrator is interaction with customers, i.e., insurance applicants, to handle Fair Credit Reporting Act inquiries: Receive, sort, and track incoming and outgoing mail, including confidential reports to and from consumers, while ensuring accurate delivery and timely processing Accurately track, enter, and maintain customer data in Salesforce to support timely and effective follow-up. Provide responsive, professional support to consumers by phone and email, ensuring questions and concerns are addressed promptly. Apply knowledge of FCRA guidelines and IntelliScript procedures to clearly explain processes, answer consumer questions, and support a positive consumer experience. Responsibilities will expand to other tasks and projects as your experience and knowledge increases. What we need Must be willing and able to work onsite at the Brookfield, WI office at least 4 days per week High school diploma / GED Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 2 -5 years of customer service experience, preferably via phone 1+ years of administrative experience What you bring to the table Ability to follow established processes while keeping projects moving and deadlines on track Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and present thoughtful solutions A proactive, “let’s find a way” mindset—no task is too big or too small Commitment to resolving customer needs and delivering a high-quality experience Clear, professional communication across phone, email, video, and in-person interactions Comfort working in an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and fast-paced environment Ability to balance detailed, repeatable processes with recognizing trends and solving problems Strong attention to detail and pride in getting things right Curiosity and enthusiasm for continuous learning and skill development Self-driven approach to assessing needs, researching solutions, and finding common ground Commitment to professional growth and ongoing education Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks at various stages Excellent organization and multitasking skills Wish List Bachelor’s degree Experience using Salesforce to locate and record information Knowledge of the insurance industry Spanish speaking / translation ability Individual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future. Location The expected application deadline for this job is October 15, 2026. This position is open to hybrid work, working in person at the Brookfield, WI office four days per week. Compensation: A combination of factors will be considered to determine the compensation for this role, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, etc. This is a non-exempt overtime eligible role Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, financial security, and well-being.
