Job Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Customer Support: Manage incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media with a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone.
• Issue Resolution & Guidance: Assist customers with order status tracking, navigate website features, resolve promotional code errors, and troubleshoot technical platform issues.
• Daily Offline Operations: Execute daily back-office tasks to verify order accuracy, track fulfillment progress, and ensure on-time product dispatch according to company guidelines.
• Brand Representation: Address general inquiries accurately while balancing customer satisfaction with strict adherence to brand guidelines and operating procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Beauty & Skincare Passion: A strong interest or background in cosmetics, makeup, hair care, and skincare products.
• Communication Excellence: Outstanding written English skills with flawless grammar, spelling, and active listening skills.
• Customer-Facing Experience: Prior experience interacting with clients or customers from diverse backgrounds (customer support experience is a plus, but not required).
• Technical & Troubleshooting Proficiency: Comfortable using web-based software, navigating modern platforms, and resolving common hardware/software/network issues independently.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, highly organized, and adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Remote Work Setup: Proven ability to work independently with strong time management skills, along with a reliable high-speed internet connection for uninterrupted operations.
