REQUIREMENTS: Native or near-native French speaker with excellent communication skills and natural accent, with good command of English Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage Strong phone communication and active listening skills Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different customer profiles Good MS Office skills Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively Dedicated and professional setup suitable for hybrid work.
