Customer Service Agent (German-speaking)

About the role

Join a leading international customer-service company and support world-known brands across tech, automotive, and consumer goods. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for German-speaking customers, helping them with their questions and any problems about products and services.

What you'll do

• Help customers with questions and problems about products and services
• Communicate with customers in German by phone, email, and live chat
• Deliver a great service experience on behalf of world-known international brands
• Work on a shift schedule as part of an international team

What you'll bring

• Native or near-native German, plus a good level of English
• Comfortable working on shifts
• Well organised, ambitious, and a great communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• An enthusiastic team player
• Already based in Greece (any location works, the role is fully remote within the country)
