Present products and services confidently and professionally. Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions. Guide customers through the sales process and successfully close sales opportunities. Conduct goal-oriented sales conversations and actively contribute to achieving sales targets. Maintain customer data and document conversations accurately in our systems. Work on different sales campaigns and projects to keep your daily work exciting and diverse. Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role is required. Fluent Dutch language skills, both written and spoken. Excellent communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers over the phone. Goal-oriented mindset, motivation, and the ability to work independently. Good PC skills and a reliable approach to handling customer data.
