Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM-03:00 PM PHT)

Provide purchasing and administrative support by following established procurement processes, assisting with purchase requests, and coordinating with suppliers. This is a highly trainable role, where the onshore team will provide training on systems and workflows.

The key requirement is strong communication skills, particularly in Chinese, to support supplier coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

Assist in processing purchase requests and converting them into purchase orders
Follow documented procurement workflows and internal processes
Track and follow up on orders to support timely delivery
Maintain purchasing records and basic documentation
Communicate with suppliers to confirm quotes, orders, and delivery schedules
Provide administrative and coordination support to the procurement team
Participate in brief daily check-ins or updates with the onshore team

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory: Chinese language proficiency (spoken and/or written)
Background in purchasing, procurement support, or similar roles is an advantage, ideally with AU/US client exposure
Experience in construction, mechanical, industrial, or engineering sectors is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative roles is preferred but not required
