We are looking for an experienced and passionate Customer Service Center (CSC) Supervisor to lead our Customer Sales Support team and deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting business growth. The role will report to the Logistic Manager and based in Mwanza, Tanzania. Purpose of the role: Responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Customer Sales Support Representative team, to lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Sales Support Representatives (CSSRs) while ensuring efficient execution of customer service and sales support activities. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, improving customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvement through the Order-to-Cash process. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and develop the Customer Sales Support team to achieve departmental KPIs. Ensure excellent customer service and support that exceeds customer expectations. Monitor team performance and implement corrective actions where required. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. Participate in pricing reviews, budget planning, tender preparations, and sales activities. Ensure CSC processes and global guidelines are consistently followed. Manage resource planning and effective workload distribution. Champion a strong Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) culture and ensure compliance with company policies. What You Will Bring: Qualifications & Experience Requirements Degree or Diploma in a commercial discipline or related field Leadership training will be an added advantage 4 to 7 years of experience in a Customer Service or Sales Supervisory role 3.5 years of sales experience, preferably in internal sales Demonstrated experience leading, managing, and developing teams. Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong customer focus and service orientation. Planning, organizing, and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Strong negotiation and conflict management skills.
