Customer Service Credit Specialist - German Speaker

Global Servicing (GS) oversees consumer travel and concierge experiences, all card customer service functions for the company’s global consumer, banking, merchant, and commercial customers, as well as the key enablement functions that power our products and services. GS provides the world’s best customer experience every day by building on Amex’s 175-year legacy of service excellence, leveraging new technologies and capabilities to drive transformation, and bringing a human touch to each customer interaction. Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also, they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure. You will be part of a team that delivers world-class results, both for Card Members and the business. In your role, you will: Handle incoming and outgoing calls for credit related matters Analyze client portfolios and organize the credit process with local Credit teams Make spend decisions based on risk assessment and card member and client profiles Recommend and execute cancellation or suspension of spending privileges where required Effectively negotiate and discuss alternate payment arrangements Work to the highest standards with a balanced delivery of both customer experience and shareholder value Opening Hours Monday to Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM – 40 hours per week.
