Lead the delivery of exceptional customer experiences in-store by overseeing operational execution and driving service excellence. Key Responsibilities Coach and develop Warehouse and Customer Service teams’ knowledge and capability. Deliver a positive store atmosphere to create a great customer experience and effectively resolve any customer complaints and queries. Ensure store is meeting all compliance and legislative requirements. Monitor the store activities to ensure it aligns with the businesses core policy and standard operating procedures. Establish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems. Key Competencies for Success in This Role Customer Focus - Does everything through eyes of the customer.
