The role

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service & Operations Coordinator.

You will be an important point of contact for our customers and help ensure that their orders are handled smoothly from order confirmation through to delivery. You will answer questions, provide updates, follow up on deliveries and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.

This is a varied role for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping an overview and making sure that everything runs according to plan. You do not need to be a supply chain expert: a practical mindset, strong communication skills and the willingness to learn are most important.

You will join Adiutor at an exciting stage in its development. The position is currently mainly home-office based, with regular in-person meetings. As the company grows, a physical office may be established in the future, where partial on-site presence would be required.

Your responsibilities

Customer service and order follow-up

• Act as a point of contact for customers across Europe.
• Process customer orders accurately and follow them through to delivery.
• Answer customer questions and provide clear updates on orders and delivery times.
• Coordinate order confirmations, product documents and certificates of analysis.
• Follow up complaints and help find practical solutions.
• Build positive and professional relationships with customers.

Operational and logistics support

• Place and follow up orders with suppliers.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and transport partners.
• Help monitor stock levels and delivery schedules.
• Check supplier invoices and maintain accurate ERP records.
• Update product specifications and coordinate Safety Data Sheets in different languages.
• Support sample requests and other commercial activities.
• Contribute to smooth administrative processes and suggest practical improvements.
• Coordinate certificates of analysis and other order documentation.
• Handle complaints and keep customers informed.

Your profile

• You are customer-oriented and enjoy helping people.
• You communicate clearly, professionally and proactively.
• You are organised, accurate and able to manage several tasks at once.
• You are hands-on and remain calm when priorities change.
• You speak and write Dutch and English fluently.
• Good knowledge of German is strongly preferred; French is an asset.
• You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and open to learning new digital tools.
• Experience in customer service, order administration or logistics is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems or invoicing processes is a plus.

Knowledge of international logistics or the chemical industry is welcome but not required. We value your attitude, sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
