We are looking for a Customer Service & Operations Representative to join our team in **Chile or Colombia**
💻 The Role
As a Customer Service & Operations Representative, you will own and coordinate the customer journey from quotation through delivery and after-sales support.
You'll combine customer service, order management, international logistics, and operational coordination, making sure customers receive timely information and that orders move smoothly through our organization.
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, coordinating across teams, and making things happen — not someone who simply waits for requests to come in.

Experience managing customer orders, shipments, delivery coordination, stock availability, and lead times.

🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage customer orders from entry through delivery and after-sales support.
- Act as a key point of contact for customers and distributors across Europe and LATAM.
- Coordinate international shipments and follow up on delivery status.
- Monitor stock availability, lead times, backorders, and potential delivery risks.
- Proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, and Operations.
- Support customer claims, escalations, and special order requirements.
- Assist Sales teams with operational and logistical aspects of customer projects.
- Prepare operational and sales reports and monitor relevant KPIs.
- Support regional tenders and bids through platforms such as ARIBA, Coupa, and LicitaOK.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
- Provide backup support to the wider team when required.
⭐ What We're Looking ForRequired
- Fluent English and Spanish – written and spoken. This is essential.
- Experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar operational role.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
Nice to Have
- Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
- Knowledge of international trade and logistics.
- Experience working with European and/or Latin American customers.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools.
