We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Planner to join Valeo Foods Ireland’s Supply Chain team in a key role focused on delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers hands-on experience across customer service, order processing and supply chain coordination, supporting key customer accounts from order through to delivery. You will manage customer queries, lead service meetings, and oversee fulfilment and stock allocation to help drive strong service performance. Following successful completion of training, and once agreed with your manager, this role may be eligible for hybrid working in line with business needs. What You Will Do... Process customer orders, manage queries, and extract, maintain and issue accurate reports. Own key account management, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently from end to end. Lead or contribute to customer Supply Chain service level meetings, both internally and externally. Manage and optimise order fulfilment with the Supply Planning team, and outbound performance with the Logistics and Warehouse teams. Identify sales trends, oversee promotional execution and escalate corrections as needed to Demand Planning and Commercial teams. Coordinate tasks including POS orders, direct deliveries, bookings, uplifts, samples and couriers. Carry out any other ad hoc duties as required. What You Will Have... A third-level qualification in Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline, or a relevant professional certification, is desirable. Previous experience in a similar role or within the FMCG sector is preferable. Professional approach, outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and IT skills, particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Strong organisational and time management skills. Flexibility, adaptability and a willingness to take on tasks beyond core responsibilities when needed. Complete fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Who You Are...
