You'll begin working in our Atlanta office while learning about our systems and processes, with the opportunity to transition into a flexible hybrid schedule as you become successful in the role. What You'll Do Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional service Make outbound calls to leads from marketing and referral sources Schedule appointments for our sales team Register customer warranties after project completion Maintain customer records and update company systems Track sales metrics and reporting data Assist with administrative tasks that support company growth Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and leadership What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Professional and friendly phone presence Comfortable learning and using technology, software, and AI tools Organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a growing company Self-motivated and dependable Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience Call center, scheduling, administrative, or office support experience Experience in roofing, construction, home services, or sales support is a plus but not required Experience using CRM software is preferred Why Join Colony Roofers?
