This is a full-time, in-office role with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule after training, based on performance and business needs. Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using CRM systems and data entry Availability for evening and weekend shifts At least 1-year prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting.
