Salary Range: $17.00 To $18.00 Hourly About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Health Care Services industry. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and processing orders in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be processing customer orders and maintaining accurate customer accounts, which requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Additionally, any experience in the Health Care Services industry or familiarity with CRM software would be beneficial in this role. Responsibilities: Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner Resolving customer problems and complaints with a positive attitude Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery Maintaining accurate customer accounts and records Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Minimum Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in telephone customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem resolution skills Positive attitude towards customer inquiries and complaints Experience in processing orders Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Health Care Services industry Bilingual in English and Spanish Familiarity with CRM software 8:30 AM-5:00 PM EST
