Provide responsive and reliable customer service via phone & email Use of ERP system to process sales orders, shipments, Credits/Debits & RMA’s. Knowing the product line to help troubleshoot Ability to work alongside multiple departments (Insurance, Billing, Inside Sales) to ensure our customers are fully taken care of. Other duties as assigned. More about you: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova Don't meet all the criteria? This role's pay range is between $21.53/hr - $32.30/hr (based on location). This role is also eligible for bonus.
