👤 Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a customer-focused, bilingual professional who is fluent in both French and English and has experience supporting customers in an e-commerce environment.

• Bilingual Fluency – Essential: Excellent written and spoken French and English.
• Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• E-Commerce Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce operations and/or e-commerce customer support is highly preferred.
• Multichannel Support: Ability to effectively manage customer interactions across email, voice, and live chat, sometimes concurrently.
• E-Commerce Tools: Experience using platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, or similar customer service and e-commerce tools.
• Weekend Availability: Willingness to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

✅ What you will do:

• Deliver empathetic support: Provide warm, patient, and non-robotic customer service tailored to parents buying shoes for toddlers.
• Prioritize urgent tickets: Manually scan and triage ticket queues to resolve time-sensitive order modifications before daily warehouse cutoffs.
• Handle customer interactions on phone, email, and chat
• Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues
• Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting performance KPIs
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal teams
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Take ownership of customer concerns through to resolution
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

💻 Technical Requirements (BYOD)

• Laptop (No Chromebook or Linux OS)
• 8 GB RAM
• Minimum Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent
• Windows or Mac operating system
• High-speed wired internet connection of 50 Mbps uploads and downloads
• Quiet and dedicated workspace suitable for remote work

📌 Contract & Schedule

• 100% Remote position
• Schedule availability: 7 days/week, Monday–Sunday (Rostering schedule shall apply)

Your actual shift would fall within these operating hours, so this does not mean you would be working the entire window. However, some assigned shifts may include night hours.

-Weekdays: 5:00 AM–8:00 PM PT

-Weekends: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM PT
