Overview

We are seeking a Technology Support Specialist to join our team at a company that provides top-tier service solutions for professionals in the connected home industry.You’ll assess problems, document solutions, and ensure seamless communication with field partners to deliver exceptional customer support.

Requirements

• Basic experience or working knowledge of AV systems and smart-home technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Superb customer service skills to handle frustrated or urgent clients empathetically
• Ability to make quick, appropriate decisions under pressure
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of AV systems, consumer electronics, or smart-home systems
• Passion for technology with a strong aptitude for learning
• Experience in high-touch customer service
• Experience with integrated technology systems
• Curiosity and skill in taking things apart to understand how they work
