Scope of Work Performs work under close supervision, following established procedures and direction. Relies on instructions and pre‑established guidelines to carry out daily responsibilities. Develops a working knowledge of company products, services, and business systems used to perform job functions. Key Responsibilities Serves as the first point of contact for callers, providing courteous, efficient, and accurate assistance. Demonstrates our Customer Care philosophy by putting the caller first in every interaction. Maintains strong dependability and accountability in daily responsibilities. Supports teammates by stepping in when needed and contributing to a positive team environment. Follows established workflows and procedures within a highly structured environment. Upholds professional, caring communication at all times. Maintains consistent and reliable attendance to ensure adequate coverage and service levels. Participates in rotating support for the Receptionist function, providing coverage as scheduled to ensure seamless front‑desk operations. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high‑volume service environment. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional under pressure. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs. A positive attitude and a caring, customer‑first mindset. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in-office days are Tuesday –Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs.
