About the role

At mylife Diabetes Care in Barcelona, we are looking for passionate and talented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.

To succeed in this role, you will bring a start-up mindset, strong attention to detail and a collaborative, cross-functional approach.

Your main tasks

• Create and maintain customer master data in our systems.
• Enter and manage sales orders in SAP.
• Manage customer invoicing through SAP.
• Send delivery notes and proof of delivery to hospitals.
• Manage shipment-related incidents and follow up with the relevant parties.
• Provide administrative support to other team members and departments as needed.

About you

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• SAP knowledge
• Fluent in English
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service or general administrative skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to details
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
