We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our Ecommerce and Growth Intake service models. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of customer service experience and be fully bilingual in English and French, with strong written and verbal communication skills. In this important front-line role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers—setting the tone for a positive, supportive experience from start to finish. This role will primarily support ecommerce customer service, including online orders, supply replacement inquiries, product questions, shipping, returns, and subscriptions. As we continue to grow our national service model, this position will also work closely with Growth Intake and Clinic Teams to ensure patients are directed to the right support pathway. This may include directing patients to Growth Intake for booking or intake-related needs, and participating in future cross-training to strengthen the connection between our Clinics, multichannel support and patient care. What you’ll be doing: Help customers navigate their care journey with friendly, high quality service standards Respond to customer service inquiries via email and phone in both English and French Provide timely and professional support regarding orders, shipping, returns, product information and account issues Coordinate with internal teams including Warehouse, Marketing, Clinic Operations, etc., to resolve customer concerns Assist with inventory tracking and order management Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Support promotional campaigns and seasonal ecommerce initiatives Support sales of therapy products and subscription program Participate in future cross-training to support Growth Intake workflows, including basic patient navigation, intake triage, and appointment redirection where appropriate What you bring: A passion for people and exceptional customer service skills Fluent in both English and French Detail-oriented and a quick learner A patient-first mindset and solutions-focused approach Previous experience in customer service, ecommerce, healthcare and/or retail Familiar with digital tools including (Shopify, Salesforce, FreshDesk, or similar platforms) Comfortable working in a blended customer service environment that includes both retail/ecommerce support and healthcare-adjacent patient navigation Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Why you’ll love working here: We know our people are the key to our success, so we invest in making Resolve a great place to work, with: Competitive pay with incentive opportunities Health & Dental Benefits Virtual Health through Consult+ Wellness + vacation hours Employee discounts on products/services Professional development & license fee reimbursement A supportive, passionate, and fun team culture This is more than a job — it’s a chance to make a real difference.
