Your Role

As a Customer Service Representative (French), you will:

• Respond to inbound customer service and sales inquiries via phone, email, and web chat in both English and French.
• Verify customer order details and resolve product returns or exchanges efficiently.
• Handle and de-escalate customer complaints using creative problem-solving and outside-the-box solutions.
• Maintain strict adherence to scheduled working hours and remain flexible to shift updates based on queue volumes.
• Document customer interactions and complete administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Manage high-volume messaging queues by typing at a speed of 50 plus words per minute.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bilingual Fluency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Escalation Handling: Proven ability to manage customer frustrations and de-escalate complex issues professionally.
• Technical Infrastructure: Dedicated internet connection of at least 50 Mbps with a reliable backup internet source.
• Workspace Readiness: Access to a private, quiet workspace free from distractions for learning and operational duties.
• Schedule Flexibility: Complete openness to working flexible hours, varied shifts, and changing schedules.
• Operational Speed: Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute with high accuracy.
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience in customer service, call center operations, or sales environments (fresh graduates are also eligible).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, ticketing software, and live web chat platforms.
• Strong mental resilience and problem-solving skills to manage fast-paced consumer inquiries.
• Experience working autonomously in a remote or work-from-home operational model.
