Your potential is our inspiration. Where You'll Make a Difference Receive, process, and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, availability, order status, and delivery information. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned customers and internal sales teams. Serve as a key communication link between customers, sales, supply chain, and operations teams. Analyze customer requests and identify appropriate solutions while balancing business and customer needs. Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, lead times, and service offerings. Support order management activities and ensure data accuracy within company systems. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. What Makes You the Right Fit MBO or Bachelor-level education in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related field. Experience in a customer service, order management, sales support, or customer operations role. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook. Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems or customer management systems. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships. How Would You Stand Out? Experience working in an international manufacturing or supply chain environment. Knowledge of SAP or other ERP platforms. Additional European language skills are an advantage. Why Choose Us?
