Responsibilities

• Customer Consultation & Support

• Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish.
• Ensure customers fully understand available options and benefits.
• Support clients during and after enrollment.
• Maintain a smooth and efficient customer onboarding experience.
• Relationship Management
• Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Foster trust through responsive and reliable service.
