Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email and online channels

• Provide clear, friendly and professional customer support

• Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate where required

• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems

• Follow up on customer enquiries to ensure appropriate resolution

• Support customers with general service, account or product-related queries

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns

• Help maintain a consistently positive customer experience

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach

• Good problem-solving and organisational skills

• Comfortable using computers, email and online systems

• Ability to manage multiple enquiries efficiently

• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

• Able to work independently in a remote environment

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, Call Centre or Customer Support is beneficial but not essential
