Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently

• Provide clear information and practical support

• Resolve customer issues and escalate where appropriate

• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems

• Manage multiple enquiries while maintaining service quality

• Communicate with customers through phone, email and digital channels

• Follow customer service procedures and quality standards

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Professional and customer-focused approach

• Good problem-solving and organisational skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Comfortable using online systems and Microsoft Office

• Ability to manage priorities and work independently remotely

• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, administration or client-facing experience is beneficial
