As we continue our international growth, we are now looking for customer-oriented team members for several of our markets: 🇫🇮 Finland 🇸🇪 Sweden 🇩🇰 Denmark 🇬🇧 United Kingdom & 🇮🇪 Ireland 🇦🇹 Austria 🇳🇱 Netherlands 🇪🇸 Spain In this role, you will be responsible for contacting our existing customers by phone, confirming scheduled appointments, and rescheduling them when needed. Key Responsibilities Contacting existing customers by phone Confirming scheduled appointments Rescheduling and rearranging appointments when needed Providing friendly and professional customer service Answering customer questions Updating customer information in our systems Working closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations What We Expect from You Fluency in the local language of the market you are applying for Excellent English skills, both written and spoken Finnish language skills are considered an advantage Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence and ease in communicating with customers over the phone A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A careful, organised, and self-driven approach to work Previous experience in customer service, appointment scheduling, or sales is considered an advantage What We Offer A supportive and open work environment where everyone's contribution is valued The opportunity to play an important role in our international growth Great opportunities to develop your professional skills and grow your career with us International working environment A flexible hybrid working model and flexible working hours Application period and start date The compensation consists of a fixed monthly base salary of 2000€ plus performance-based bonuses.
