Customer Service & Sales Manager

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead the remote reservation team at You+Baby Studio, an all-women photography studio with branches in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha. You will manage a distributed team of agents, maintain service standards across three locations, and build the processes for our expansion across the MENA region.

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates from any location, as long as you can work UAE and Qatar business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train the remote reservation agent team
• Plan shift rotas and coverage across UAE and Qatar working hours
• Monitor response times, booking follow-ups and rescheduling, and keep them within agreed standards
• Handle escalated client complaints and complex rescheduling cases
• Coach agents on upselling of sessions, products and prints, and track sales results
• Report monthly to management on team performance, client feedback and recurring issues
• Onboard and train new agents as we expand into new markets

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer service, including 1–2 years managing a team
• Fluent English, written and spoken, Arabic is plus
• Experience managing a remote team
• Confident with booking systems, CRMs and spreadsheets
• Calm and professional with emotionally sensitive clients
• Reliable laptop and high-speed internet
• Flexible to work rotating shifts, including some weekends
