Role Description The Customer Service Sales Representative is a remote, commission-based, contract role responsible for supporting clients through the entire ordering and branding process. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing product information and pricing, preparing quotes, and guiding clients in selecting suitable branded products for their needs. The representative will process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with internal team to ensure accurate, on-time delivery. This role also involves identifying sales opportunities, following up on leads, and maintaining positive, long-term customer relationships. The individual is expected to use CRM or order management tools, document communications, and uphold Tenth Branding’s standards for service quality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Customer service and client support skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication.
• Sales and account management skills, such as lead follow-up, upselling, and relationship building.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Comfort with remote work tools, CRM systems, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, shared documents).
• Ability to learn product offerings quickly and explain options and branding solutions in simple, practical terms.
• Professional phone, video, and written communication skills, including consistent, courteous follow-up.
• Experience in promotional products, e-commerce, retail, or B2B sales is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, marketing, or communications is a plus.
