Location: Remote within Shentel’s footprint in Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Kentucky, and Ohio Schedule: Full-time What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—helping solve problems, answer questions, and identify opportunities to deliver additional value. This role combines customer service and sales , giving you the ability to directly impact both customer experience and your earning potential. Compensation & Earning Potential Base Pay: $15+ per hour Uncapped Commission Estimated Total Earnings: $42,000–$60,000+ annually Schedule Expectations: We know that work-life balance is important to you and your family!
