Role Description

We are looking for an Customer Service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing accounts, handling inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will work closely with internal teams to support daily operations and help clients successfully grow their business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle inquiries, issues, and follow-ups with a solution oriented approach
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service or Client Relations
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Organized, detail oriented, and client focused
• Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• International or multicultural experience is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
