Customer Service Specialist (Remote) — Indonesia

At TalentPop App, we're building our own customer support team, and we're looking for a Customer Service Specialist who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in making every interaction a good one.

The basics:

Pay: Paid in USD, hourly — your income holds its value, no matter what's happening with the exchange rate

Hours: US business hours

Location: 100% remote, permanently — open to applicants in Indonesia, Philippines, South Africa, and Jamaica

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, phone, and/or social media
• Assist customers with orders, shipping, returns, and product questions
• Provide friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented support
• Escalate more complex issues to the right internal team when needed

What We're Looking For

• Good English communication skills, written and verbal — you don't need to be perfect, just clear and confident
• At least 1 year of remote customer service experience
• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus (but not required — we'll help you learn)
• Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently

Technical Requirements

• A personally owned PC or laptop (borrowed equipment not accepted)
• Minimum 25 Mbps upload and download internet speed
• A dedicated, quiet workspace
