Customer Service Specialist for an AI Startup in the US (Home Based Full Time)

Client Information The company is an early-stage AI startup developing a consumer platform designed to help people accomplish everyday tasks more efficiently. Currently operating in stealth mode, it is focused on building innovative AI-driven solutions and is seeking to establish a high-impact ambassador and community-led growth program to support its expansion. Job Description • Monitor and action escalated tickets from the company's AI agent system. • Review AI-generated task requests and complete the required actions on behalf of customers. • Perform personal assistant-type tasks as needed. • Communicate primarily via email, phone, or the platform with vendors and service providers. • Mark tickets and tasks as completed in the system once they have been actioned. Must Haves • This role is only open to Filipinos permanently residing in the Philippines. • Strong general administrative or personal assistant skills, with the ability to work independently and complete customer requests efficiently. • Comfortable working with AI tools and able to read, interpret, and act on AI-generated instructions.
