Customer Success Coordinator Bilingual Remote Latam

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and collaborative Full-Time Bilingual Customer Success Coordinator to join our 100% fully remote team. In this role, you will bridge operations and client experience by overseeing daily communication channels, training team members, managing calendar utilization, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Lead daily stand-up meetings, maintain constant communication with the operations team, and keep the customer support team updated on all protocol changes and scheduling guidelines.
• Monitor the soporte email daily to categorize and assign incoming requests, manage website form submissions, and assign daily voicemails to the appropriate team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service, receive and scan client documentation directly into Google Drive, and log every client interaction accurately within our CRM.
• Monitor attorney calendars daily to maximize full utilization, perform weekly report analyses, and provide actionable recommendations to the Operations Manager.
• Train new hires on CRM tools and uphold strict scheduling guidelines across the team.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Equipment Requirements: High-speed, reliable Wi-Fi, a modern computer, and a professional headset.
• Strong leadership potential, excellent organizational abilities, discretion with confidential data, and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
• At least 1 year with experience leading teams.
• At least 1 year as customer service.

• Fully Remote (LATAM)
• Full-Time (40 hours/week, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST)
• $8.00 – $11.00 USD / hour (Based on experience)
